We are off and running.  Hit the gym bright and early.  Did HIAH Get Ready Workout A week 2.  Still having difficulty finding the right starting weight.  Also, the bench for declined dumbbell press is the same as the one used for crunches.  Getting on and in position with weights in your hands is tough.  The alternate exercise is dips, but I can do too many, and have yet to buy a belt for added weight.  Have to go shopping for that this weekend. 

The 52DC started today.  We have about 83 or so signed on.  There may yet be one or two more to show up to the party late.  Nice mix of old and new.  Should be a good time.

Tomorrow is a Cardio Day.  Back at doing intervals on the dreadmill – at least until I find an alternative.
