Our various news media including TV, newspapers and the internet have been filled with stories discussing a recent study. The general discussion is summarized here.  Following the new “healthy” eating guidelines, you will add $380.00 to the average consumer’s food bill.  That is a lot for individuals who are barely surviving.

Now pair that study with the Study that says you can reduce the amount of junk food you eat if you pay cash rather than paying by plastic.

Back on March 16, 2010, I posted a discussion: Is TNT an Expensive Eating Plan. The conclusion by many was that it was expensive in relation to eating an unhealthy diet of highly processed foods but not in comparison to any other form of Clean Eating.
