Thankfully, today is my normal day off from working out. Got to sleep late last night and up real early this morning. I ran this morning’s BNI meeting. On my feet doing a tap dance from 6:45 to 8:45. There is not enough coffee in the world to keep me going today.

Tomorrow starts the last week of the Challenge.  Of these last 7 days, I will have a maximum of 6 workout days.  I need 3 days to complete my Challenge Goals – 1 RT and 2 CTs.  That will also complete my PG1.  PG2 is already in the bag.  Should not have a problem eating clean 14 out of the remaining 28 units.

As of the end of the day today, Friday, December 2, 2011 – Day 45 (86.54%), the following is my status:

  • Cardio Training: 18/20 (90%)
  • Personal Goal 1: (40-4-40): 37/40 (92.5%)
  • Personal Goal 2: 3600 Challenge: 3600/4410/3600 (122.50%)
  • Swiss Ball Crunches: 950/800 (118.75%)
  • Decline Push-ups: 950/800 (118.75%)
  • Chin/Pull-ups: 440/400 (110%)
  • DB Single Arm Swings: 680/400 (170%)
  • Hanging Leg Raises: 575/400 (143.75%)
  • Weighted Dips: 430/400 (107.5%)
  • Cuban Presses: 425/400 (106.25%)

This up coming break is a long one due to the holidays.  I am going to re-group.  My plan is to go back to strict Plan A eating and probably reduce my non RT days from 3 to 2 or even 1.  I want to take some weight off – yes – in the middle of the holiday season.  Can’t do that if I am exercising hard and focusing on heavy lifting.  The harder you exercise the louder your body shouts: “Feed Me.”  My plan is to also come up with a 4 week RT program that will eschew heavy lifts and replace them with a bit more volume.  We’ll see how that plays out.

In the mean time – I am counting the minutes until my day ends and I can go to sleep.
