This morning, I polished off another RT.  Great workout.  There are days that your Mind and Body are in sync and you just Get It Done.  Today was one of those days.  Heavy Weights – Low Reps.  Workout A of DIY Phase 8.1.  The workout took me 70 minutes – a fast 70 minutes.

I now have 3 more RTs and 5 more CTs to complete.  That is 8 workouts in 11 Days – except I don’t workout on Fridays – and this Thursday I will not be able to workout since I am having a Colonoscopy first thing in the morning.  8 Workouts in 8 Days.  If things go south – I can pull a double or two next weekend.
