Today is the 13th day of the Challenge.  25% of the way to the Finish Line.  Time for an update.

My Numbers as of the end of the day on Monday, March 26, 2012 – Day 13 (25%):

Warm-up:

>Swiss Ball Crunches: 1100 (set of 100 before each RT and CT)

>Push-ups: 300 (set of 50 before each RT)

CE: 24/26/94 (25.53%)

RT: 6/20 (30%)

CT: 6/20 (30%)  One of these was not 40 minutes long.

PG1: 40-40-40: 11/40 (27.5%)

PG2: Burpees: 300/1000 (30%) There are many variations on this theme.  I am doing a classic Squat Thrust with an added push-up.  I am making improvements.  First, my recovery time between sets is shortening; and Second, I no longer need a sky-hook to get back into an Up position.  Also, the Count Down is now 10,9,8,7,6,5,5,5,5 to hit 60.

Chin-ups: 240 – I have worked myself up to sets of 5 before each set of Squat Thrusts and one to finish off the workout – to hit 50.  I am also doing about 25 as part of Workout B of my DIY Phase 9 workout – so add another 50.

Thursday is a travel day, so I will not get in my scheduled RT.  Friday there is no time for the gym.  I lose one day this week.  Not happy.  Such is life.

Overall I am happy with my progress and pleased with the present version of the DIY workout.
