Tomorrow, April 6th is Good Friday and in the evening is the First Passover Seder.  Sunday is Easter.  The Holy Days coincide.  What a weekend – for eating.

The Jewish Passover Seder is a religious observance that takes place around a meal.  A true family gathering.

Similarly, many individuals incorporate Easter Dinner into their traditional observance.

It is spring and a time for renewal.  The incredible edible Egg is part and parcel of the celebrations.  Note – not egg whites.

We are lucky.  We are going to a Passover Seder Friday night and Easter Dinner Sunday night.  Nice to have friends.  Even nicer to have friends who will make sure there is something for us Low Carbers to eat.

Whether you are celebrating Easter, Passover or both – or just hanging out – have a great weekend.
