No exercise for 9 days.  Only some spotty push-ups.  Eating – failed.  Too much “stuff” came through the door and was laid out for all to see and pick over – including me.  Where am I as of the end of the day yesterday?

CE: 72/78/96
RT: 12/15
CT: 12/15
PG1 (Push-ups): 5270/7800 (580 behind – gonna take some effort to make this happen.)
PG2 (Personal Training): 14/15

Went to the gym today.  Got in an RT – actually – pretty good considering.  So far – 200 push-ups.  Still some time left to get in more.  I’m going to have to average 200 a day to hit my goal.  Doable – if there are no more bumps in the road.

ETA: 275 today
