Wednesday, Thursday then Friday.  Three Days.  The end is nigh.

My numbers for Tuesday, February 19, 2013 – Day 49 (94.23%):

CE: 92/98/96 (95.83%)  Just need to eat clean 2 out of the last 3 days.  Friday night is a Freebie.

RT: 16/15 (106.67%)

CT: 16/15 (106.67%)

The RT & CT would have hit 20 each – but – life and death gets in the way.

PG1 (Push-ups): 7550/7800 (96.79%)  250 to goal – or – 450 to 8000 – that is 150 per day – my original daily goal.  We’ll have to see how this one lands.

PG2 (Personal Training): 17/15 (113.33%)

My biggest question – is not how this Challenge will end – but how I will play out the next one.  There are just so many push-ups a guy can do.  Time to break out the BBOE.

BTW:  The next Challenge starts on March 13th.  March 12th will be the 6th anniversary of the start of eating Very Low Carb.  Who says you can’t adopt this eating plan as a life style?
