Today was a Resistance Training day – DIY – Phase 11 – Workout A.

Started off with my warm up – 100 Swiss Ball Squats.  Then on to the workout.

Planks: 2 x 60 secs.

Incline DB Bench Press: Warm up 20 lb DBs x 15, then 45 x 10, 45 x 10, 40 x 10

Alternated with

Dumbbell Squat: 50 lb DBs x 10, 50 x 10, 50 x 10

Chin-ups: 5 sets of 5+ leg crunches on the lift.

Alternated with

Back Extension: Holding 45 lb plate. 3 sets of 10
Finished off with 2 sets of 25 push-ups.
Good workout.
