These are my final numbers for this Challenge – I will probably get a few more Clean Eats – but that doesn’t change my ranking. – It has been fun.

My numbers for Wednesday, May 1, 2013 – Day 50 (96.15%):

CE: 96/100/96 (100%) Thumbs-Up
RT: 21/15 (140%) Thumbs-Up
CT: 20/15 (133.33%) Thumbs-Up
PG1 (Push-ups): 5400/5200 (103.85%) Thumbs-Up
PG2 (Personal Training): 17/15 (113.33%) Thumbs-Up

The real progress has been in moving my weights back up the ladder.  Note – Dumbbells always refer to 2 DBs each at the weight stated.  The Barbell includes 45 pound weight of the Bar.

  • DB Squat, Curl, Push Press: 15 increased to 25 – 3 sets of 12 reps done as a fast movement
  • Incline DB Bench Press: 35 to 45 with greater ease of getting them air borne.
  • DB Squat: 50 to 65
  • Chin-ups:  3 sets of 5 to 5 sets of 5
  • Back Extension – holding weights: 45 to 70
  • Barbell Dead Lift: 100 to 185
  • Push-ups:  100 per day stayed constant – reduced from 200 a day last challenge.
  • Goblet Squat: 50 to 75
  • EZ Bar Curl:  40 to 70
  • Cable Push-Pull: 25 to 35
  • Barbell Row: 90 to 135
  • DB Step Up: 25 to 40
  • Farmer’s Walk on Toes:  2-45 pound plates at 30 paces increased to 60 paces.
  • EZ Bar Pull Over: 40 to 70
