The next 52DC starts tomorrow.  Boy do I need it.  Yesterday – Memorial Day – I had Low Carb ice cream and High Carb pie.  Ouch.  Tonight is my grandson’s 8th birthday – Cake is on the Agenda.  Tomorrow – Back on the Wagon.

Polished up the Template I’ve been using to design my own workouts.  Keeping some exercises that I am trying to push my weights and changed up some others.

For my Cardio – I’ll continue with what I did last time – just raised the DBs to 30s – tough.


This is sandwiched between push-ups and chin-ups.

I hate classic cardio.  So – I just lift weights – FASTER.
