One of the common complaints about eating low carb is that there aren’t a lot of easy snack foods.  Sure, you can have a bag of celery or pop some cherry tomatoes, but seriously – how does that compare to Pringles?

My go to snacks are cheese and nuts.  I also have some Costco eggplant spread and whitefish salad which work well on cucumber rounds.  Cream Cheese or Peanut butter spread on celery sticks also works well.

The key thing with snacks is their ease of use.  They have to be readily available, tasty and easy to eat – usually with your fingers.
