Long Memorial Day holiday weekend. A lot of giving thanks to those who served to protect our freedom. A lot of eating. A lot of socializing. Way too much eating and drinking and eating and drinking.

The Gym was empty this morning. Can’t blame anyone. 3 day weekends are a rarity. Gather the family and head for the parade.

Time to get back on the horse or the treadmill.
