After a horrendous Fall Challenge caused by the complete failure of the Men’s Health Forums to allow anyone to Log In – we are finally up and running. It looks like MH fixed the problem. But – we are left with the fall out – those who signed up and could not log in once the Challenge started – this road block drove them away – I hope they find their way back.

The Sign-Up Thread has been posted with links to the Announcement and FAQS. The Tracking Spread Sheet – thanks to pooleje – had been up dated and is attached to the FAQs.

My goals for the Challenge:

  • Clean Eats: 96/104
  • Resistance Training: 20 sessions
  • Cardio Training: 20 sessions
  • Personal Goal 1: push-ups: 2600 (50 per day) 
  • PG2: Chin/Pull-ups: 520 (10 per day)

These Goals are assuming that I do not get my left hip replaced during the Challenge – which is looking more and more likely. Going for more tests this week. 😦
