Chinese Beef and Broccoli

Chinese Beef and Broccoli (Serves three or four)

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 lb. beef sirloin steak, sliced thinly
  • 2 packages of Frozen Cut Broccoli or four stalks of fresh cut broccoli
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 and ½ cups water
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 packet of artificial sweetener
  • 3 cups minced cooked cauliflower

Heat oil in medium skillet over high heat until hot. Add beef, broccoli and garlic. Reduce heat; cook and stir 4-5 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked and broccoli is crisp-tender.

Combine water and soy sauce. Add to cooked broccoli mixture. Cook until simmering. Serve over three cooked minced (riced) frozen packages or one cooked minced (riced) head of cauliflower.

    I’ve never added it up. It only has ingredients I’ll eat – the soy sauce – in limited amounts.
