Tomorrow morning I start the one week HIAH Get Strong Phase 1A.  This is another one week – three workouts – Unloading program or Active Rest.  Here is the Get Strong – Phase 1A Chart.

WORKOUT A: LOAD MEDIUM – 30 Reps – 10-12 Rep Max – 45 Seconds Rest

WORKOUT B: LOAD MEDIUM – 30 Reps – 10-12 Rep Max – 45 Seconds Rest

Cable Standing Mid-Pulley Row (pg 213)
DB Standing Shoulder Press (pg 234) palms facing each other
Dumbbell Romanian Dead Lift (pg 256)

WORKOUT C: LOAD MEDIUM – 30 Reps – 10-12 Rep Max – 45 Seconds Rest
