25> HIAH: Get Strong – Phase 3A Unloading with Log


I finished HIAH Get Strong Phase 3 this morning.  I am going to start the 3A Unloading one week workout on Monday Morning.  Nothing really new here, except the neutral grip lat pull down.  Even that is a merely a change of grip.

WORKOUT A: Load Medium, 10-12 Rep Max, 30 Reps, 35 seconds rest

  • Neutral-Grip Lat Pull Down (pg 211)
  • Push-up with Hands on Swiss Ball (pg 232)
  • Dumbbell Romanian Dead Lift (pg 256)

WORKOUT B: Load Medium, 10-12 Rep Max, 30 Reps, 35 seconds rest

  • Cable Standing Mid-Pulley Face Pull (pg 214)
  • Dumbbell Standing Shoulder Press (pg 234) palms facing each other
  • Quarter Squat (pg 241)

WORKOUT C: Load Medium, 10-12 Rep Max, 30 Reps, 35 seconds rest

  • Cable Standing Mid-Pulley Row (pg 213)
  • Dumbbell Incline Bench Press (pg 227)
  • Dumbbell Romanian Dead Lift (pg 256)

I am not going to move directly onto Get Even Stronger.  The opening pages make the claim that I need to be a lot stronger than I am.  I do not know about that, but for now – I’ll take his word. 

I looked through the book.  I believe that I will do the Get Lean program.

    Hello. Great logs for HIAH. Any chance you could share one of the Excel files used to create them so I can make my owe for Get Even Bigger without recreating the wheel?
