29> HIAH: Get Lean – PHASE 2A, 3 & 3A Logs


I stopped doing the Get Lean program with Phase 2.  I wanted to explore designing my own workout using the guidance provided in the BBOE.  The result is my Design It Yourself (DIY) Workout.  But – I feel “guilty” that I have not posted the logs for the remainder of the HIAH Get Lean program.  So here they are.

    I’m gonna start HIAH: get lean program, how long is each phase and what is the progression?

      The Main Phases – Perform each workout 4 times.
      The “A” Phases – Perform each workout once.

      Start with Phase 1 and end with Phase 3A.
