17> HIAH: Get Big – Phase 3A Unloading & Log


I finished Get Big Phase 3 this morning and will do the Phase 3A Unloading one week program starting this Saturday.  These unloading programs are merely Active Inactivity.  Keep you muscles moving, but let them relax for a bit.

Here is the HIAH Get Big – Phase 3A Chart that I carry around in the Gym.  Hey – it works for me, and is a lot less expensive than the computer one guy carries around – and – a lot more efficient than my memory.

I expect to start HIAH Get Strong on the following Saturday.
