> TNT Diet Workout Logs

Strange as it may seem, I never did the TNT Workouts contained in the book.  I believed that I was way ahead of them, since I was working out with the aid and instruction of a Personal Trainer.  I continued with the PT for a significant time and eventually moved on to NROL.  Looking back over the TNT Workouts, I realize that I was wrong.  I should have started there.  Actually, I should have moved on from the PT a lot earlier than I did.  He was good, but I needed to be independent.

The NROL workouts are very similar in feel to the TNT workouts.  Adam Campbell followed a lot of the concepts that Alwyn Cosgrove utilized and did have him review the workouts.

Here is a Link to a desription of the TNT Get Back In Shape Workouts with pictures.

Here is a Link to a TNT Workouts Chart that a forum member put together – {Moonster}.  It looks pretty good and being a clip board guy, I immediately like it.  It includes both the Get Back In Shape and the Advanced workouts.

hey, quick question since i can’t get on the TNT forum.
is it okay to split the 40g protein and 80g carbs when doing solid food?
doing plan b and today i had some geek yogurt with blue berries and a cup of keifer milk and after did a shake with no carbs, half banana and half cup keifer.

    Edward:

There is no reason why you can not do the protein/carb by whole food. You do not need whey protein + carbs. Just takes more time to measure and check the contents. You do not want fats in the mix.

BTW – why can’t you get on the TNT Forum?

    Good Luck.

LOL – keeping the fat to a very marginal level on the Plan B food/shakes is tough using real food. But – it is doable. Good Luck
